Tuesday Thoughts

Okayyy so before I get into updating, I thought I'd share another video with you all! It's almost hump day so smile! 3 days until the weekend!! WOOOOT! Note: There is some "cursing" so not something I'd watch at the office!

So don't hate me.. I WANT a snuggie. I'm a 85 year old woman I know. I just like to be comfy and cozy! We talked about snuggies in our PR class the other day and a classmate emailed the entire class the video. I thought it was the funniest thing ever!! Enjoy!!

So last Thursday I went with the girls to see "He's Just Not That Into You." It was amazing. The format was similar to Love Actually, a lot of characters that are connected somehow. It's honest about relationships. Anyone who's been in one, has a friend with trouble "getting a guy", etc will be able to relate. At first I thought it was a little pathetic, that a girl would stalk her former date's favorite bar hoping to confront her on why he never called. But in the end it all works out. I'll admit I got a little misty eyed but won't elaborate so I don't give anything away! Like Bride Wars, the wardrobe department did a great job, some of the outfits I'd love to hunt down. Moral of the story: Bring your girls or your boyfriend/husband/etc! It's not a total chick flick by any means!

So today's my sister's birthday! She's 18 now!? Crazy. She's not supposed to be getting older, going to college, driving, etc! I'll be heading home again this weekend to celebrate! Any suggestions on what to get her? I have nooo idea!

I still haven't quite caught up on my sleep since the Relay.. I'm drawing a blank.. haha oh! Valentine's Day is coming up! What are your plans? PreppyBoyfriend seems to want to keep me in the dark about it. While hurrying out the door to drive back yesterday morning, I forgot my wallet at home!! I don't know how I'm going to make it the whole week without my debit card! The girls and I were going to get trims for two of them and go to a local bar/restaurant after on Thursday. I was planning on buying presents then but looks like that's outta the question! Ohhh botherrr....

Holy molyy what a weekend!

So I haven't quite caught up on my sleep so I'm about to take a nap but I wanted to do a quick recap! Friday I had an exam that I didn't study enough for because I went to see "He's Just Not That Into You." I'll do a review later but for those waiting to see if it's worth seeing, GO SEE IT! It's sooo cute, a little cheesy in the beginning but totally worth it. I plan on buying it as soon as it comes to DVD.

After an hour nap I went to dinner then Relay for Life! It was incredible. I probably walked a total of 10 out of the 12 hours. Crazy I know. I recommend doing it to anyone who has a Relay event in their area. It was emotional, exhausting, and a whole lot of fun all at once. I have 3+ blisters on the bottom of each foot but surprisingly, I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be. I took an hour nap around 3 am, probably the most restful sleep I've ever had given I was sleeping on the floor of a field house.

7am came and I headed back to the dorm room, I was planning on resting a little so I could make the drive home and ended up sleeping until 12:40!! Crazy! By the time I got home, PreppyBoyfriend just got back from his LSATs! He's confident he did well which is exciting! Thank you for your well-wishes, I'm sure it helped boost his confidence.

When I got home, I went to the phone store to upgrade my phone! Very excited, my old phone would constantly turn off and the battery didn't hold a charge. So I got the LG Voyager- a touch screen with a "qwerty" keypad. I'm pretty pumped, I decided to "girl"-ify it with a pink cover!

I drove back to school this morning and now I'm ready to crasshhh... looks like it's naptime! I'll post tonight about the movie!
