Resolutions..

I'm ruled by lists, shopping lists, to-do lists, lists of goals, etc.. So I thought I'd share with my future? readers out there what my New Year's Resolutions are!

1. Make the Dean's List.
I've come close, but I've decided that this semester I'm going to make it happen. I have a couple professor's that I've taken classes from before and know their teaching styles pretty well now. Hopefully that will help add up to a 3.4 for Miss PreppyGirl!

2. Get back in shape.
I know that one of the top resolutions is to lose weight. I'm hoping that it'll be one of the wonderful side effects of working out! My goal is to do cardio least 3 times a week with some Wii Fit action in there with toning. It's going to be tough with 16 credits and working at the Admissions office but I'm going to do it!

3. Eat better.
It's time for me to cut down on the soda, up the water intake and eat something other than pizza at school. It's tricky because it seems all the decent foods are greasy or fattening. Oyy.. I guess I'll try to substitute one meal a week with something healthier. My other issue is snacking. I plan on not taking any trips to the bookstore to get candy. We'll see if I cheat on the weekends but any change from what I'm doing will be positive.

4. Last but not least.. Read more!
I started reading a lot over the summer. I'm obsessed with Jodi Picoult's novels. They're amazing, it only takes me a couple days to read cover to cover. I want to find more authors to follow, add some variety to my collection. So if you have any recommendations, I'm all ears!!
