Spring Fever

Hello ladies!! Hope this finds you staying warm! We have about 5-6 inches of snow here. Frankly I'm over it. I went to the outlets with my mom and got plenty of spring clothes that I can't even them! I am on SPRING break, the weather should act accordingly! Hopefully this will be the last snow and the temperatures will be onward and upward!

Right now I just finished my french toast (that I made myself woo!) and am watching Who's Wedding Is It Anyway? One of the couples is from MD and he's on the Ravens. It was probably the most expensive yet tacky wedding I've seen! Her veil looked circa 1983 and odd phrases were plastered everywhere to cover up the advertisements inside the stadium.

Yesterday PreppyBF and I spent the day inside. We watched Rob from Rob and Big's new show.. soo funny! Then I wanted to watch Days of Our Lives and the BF refused to watch so he suggested watching Made of Honor! haha It was completely predictable but I love Patrick Dempsey so it was worth the 90 minutes haha.. The chick flicks continued later with Father of the Bride II.. I forgot how much I loved those movies!

Anywayyy I better get moving, I need a shower. Not sure what we're doing today but hopefully going to be celebrating PreppyBoyfriend's LSAT scores tonight or sometime soon! This snow has been quite the party pooper!

Figures....

So I already posted today but I thought I'd share with you my frustrations...

-On my tour today (with one family) we just left the chapel so we were talking about masses and how pretty it is etc etc. Out of the corner of my eye, I see these two cats. (We have stray cats all over campus but recently the animal lover/whatever it's called club has gotten them spayed and adopted.) I see them frolicking around having fun so I smile a little bit and then notice the female gray cat stick her rear-end up in the air. REALLY? c'mon kitties.. you're in front of the chapel and I'm on a tour. This is not the time nor place to make babies. So they're going at it (no it doesn't look like they're snuggling.. AT all...) and I'm trying not to laugh nor attract attention to it. But of course they notice and pretend it's not happening... Just can't win!!
-I started a twitter as I've previously said. Any tips on using it?? Experts please help!
-I had to move my car from the professors lot to the upperclassmen lot. I figured since I was going there, I should pack up wintery clothes that I won't wear after I'm back from spring break. So I pack things up for 45 minutes or so... and what do I do?? Yup I left my Vera large duffle full of clothes in my room. I don't even know how I did it! I realized it when I was in my car so it was too late. Grrrrrrrrr....
-I have SOOO much to do for this week. It's the week before Spring Break so professors like to be meeeann and pile on all the work. Blogging is not helping me get this work done!

On a lighter note, I was walking back from the parking lot and it started to snow! It was that large pretty flakes kind.. Made me smile and the walk back not as painfully cold. Is anyone watching the Oscars?? I LOVE Natalie Portman's look. I love that pink, not a big fan of the little glittery pieces a great dress nonetheless! She looks really skinny but that's Hollywood. Her hair is amazing!

PS I love Seth Rogen. Hil-ar-i-ous! He looks so much better with his new fit bod!

Blahhhhh

So I'm going to do a quick vent, I don't have much time today but thought I'd share my frustration with you all dear readers.

I don't straighten my hair often. I have ridiculously thick, wavy hair so even though my hair is only to like my collarbone, it still takes 30-45 minutes! And it has the tendency to unstraighten and flip and curl after a while. Verrryy frustrating! So yours truly decided today would be the day, I would straighten my hair. So what happens today? It SNOWS!! I heard we'd get a dusting this morning, before my classes. Nope! It's coming downnnn out there. The ground is covered and the walkways are disappearing. So is the straightness of my hair :-( Soooo annoying.

I have two tours to give today, a meeting, and work tonight. I'll post more tonight! Thanks for listening! Have a wonderful day girls! Stay warm!
